Commercial Glazing Services

New Construction Glazing

Herzog Glass works with general contractors, developers, architects, and manufacturers to furnish and install commercial glazing systems for new construction projects. Our team supports the work from preconstruction and design coordination through shop drawings, submittals, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and closeout. Early involvement allows us to identify technical requirements, constructability concerns, scheduling constraints, and opportunities to improve the installation process.

Tenant Improvements and Renovations

We provide glazing for tenant improvements, occupied-building renovations, retail buildouts, office interiors, and other commercial upgrades. This work may include storefront entrances, interior glass fronts, conference rooms, glass doors, railings, mirrors, decorative glass, and modifications to existing exterior systems. Our project teams understand the scheduling, access, protection, and coordination requirements involved in working within existing and occupied buildings.

LuxWall Vacuum-Insulated Glass

Herzog Glass was the first authorized LuxWall representative in Washington State. LuxWall’s Enthermal® vacuum-insulated glass provides high thermal performance in a thin profile for commercial renovations, energy retrofits, and new construction. For many retrofit applications, the existing window frames can remain in place, allowing the building owner to upgrade the glass without undertaking a complete window or façade replacement. LuxWall Enthermal products are supported by a 20-year limited warranty.

Certification

Washington’s First NACC-Certified Glazing Contractor

North American Contractor Certification, certified architectural glass and metal contractor, certificate HEI01WA.

Herzog Glass was the first glazing contractor in Washington State to earn certification through the North American Contractor Certification program. NACC certification evaluates a glazing contractor’s quality-management systems, personnel qualifications, safety practices, and ability to consistently perform architectural glass and metal work.

Certification provides general contractors, architects, and building owners with independent confirmation that Herzog follows established processes for managing quality throughout a commercial glazing project. Our certification supports a company-wide approach to documentation, fabrication, installation, inspection, corrective action, and continuous improvement.

Working together

A Reliable Construction Partner

Successful commercial glazing depends on communication and coordination as much as installation. Herzog Glass works alongside the project team from initial planning through closeout to identify issues, manage changing conditions, and keep the glazing scope moving.

Our project managers coordinate drawings, submittals, material procurement, fabrication, field labor, safety, testing, and documentation. Our in-house facility provides additional control over system fabrication, custom components, and project-specific modifications.

After installation, Herzog’s service division remains available for warranty work, glass replacement, door and hardware repairs, planned maintenance, and future building modifications.

Yes. Depending on the project, we can assist with budgeting, system evaluation, constructability reviews, sequencing, logistics, product selection, and coordination of glass and glazing requirements.

Does Herzog fabricate commercial glass and glazing components?

Yes. We cut, edge, drill, paint, assemble, and prepare many glass, aluminum, and glazing components at our approximately 30,000-square-foot facility. Products requiring tempering, laminating, insulating, coating, or specialty manufacturing are coordinated with the appropriate manufacturers and suppliers.
