In-House Glass Fabrication
Herzog Glass operates an approximately 30,000-square-foot fabrication facility where we cut, edge, drill, and prepare many types of replacement glass. These capabilities give us greater control over custom sizes, shapes, openings, and edge finishes.
Some products, including tempered glass, insulated glass units, laminated glass, and specialty coated glass, require additional processing or must be produced to order. Our service team manages that process and installs the completed replacement when it is ready. For emergencies, we can remove immediate hazards and temporarily secure the opening while permanent replacement materials are being prepared.
